Ordering Online and Shipping Fees

Online orders are confirmed via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please email info@amarantebeauty.com. Shipping fees are dependent on the shipping address and are always reflected at checkout. 

Shipping 
Amarante beauty does not offer online orders and shipping to the U.S. and we sell our products in Canada only. International orders are not accepted at this time. Shipping rates are displayed in the Canadian dollar currency and are calculated based on selected delivery method chosen.

Delivery 
Currently, orders are shipped via Canada post or UPS. Orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present to sign for your order,  a notice will be left detailing how to collect your delivery. Delivery times vary depending on shipping option selected. 

Return Policy 
Unfortunately, at this time products ordered online at amarantebeauty.com can not be refunded or returned. For returns on purchases made through retailers or distributors, please refer to their return policy.

Warranty Claims 
In the rare event your Amarante product is defective, we will happily exchange it, free of charge. Sorry, but at this time, we do not offer refunds for warranty claims. To exchange a defective item, please contact us at info@amarantebeauty.com.  Proof of purchase and defectiveness must be provided. We reserve the right to determine product defectiveness and to authorize the exchange.

AMARANTE products have a shelf-life of 2 years unopened. The Period After Opening Symbol (PAO) displayed on packaging identifies the useful lifetime of the product after it has been opened. The PAO is always accompanied by the lifespan of the product in months (number of months followed by “M”) – which can appear either on or next to the open jar symbol.

You can use our Colour Obsession products on colored hair. In fact, this line’s Conditioner will nurture your colored hair and assists in the prevention of color fading.

Most of our AMARANTE products have a luxurious, sensual and addictive scent that evokes memories of warm sandy beaches of the sand banks in Ontario, Montreal’s botanical garden and the turquoise waters of Peyto Lake, Alberta.

Yes. The pH levels are balanced in a way to match skin’s normal PH levels and to not cause any irritation.
